Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 1 year

• Greet customers entering the establishment and provide them with assistance as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process sales transactions by scanning items, totaling purchases, and processing payments.
• Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and alerting management when supplies are low.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and store policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that it is free of clutter and hazards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and ensure the safety of customers and employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience working as a cashier or in a similar role.
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with cash register systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
