We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Assistant to join our team at Kings Barbers. As a shop assistant in our barbershop, you will be essential to the efficient running of our business. Your duties will mostly center on creating a warm and orderly environment for our staff and customers.

• Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 1 year

• Greeting customers and assisting them with appointments or walk-in inquiries
• Managing the reception area, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling payments
• Providing customer service by addressing client questions or concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Keeping precise records of client preferences, appointments, and contact details
• Maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
• Distributing flyers and other marketing materials both within the store and outside
• Assisting barbers with various tasks, like setting up tools and supplies

• Previous experience as an assistant in a professional or commercial setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions
• Ability to multitask well, pay close attention to detail, and maintain composure
