Description

  • Oversee all activities of facilities supervisor and other field staff
  • Manage request and re-order levels
  • Proactively tracks routine maintenance and schedules
  • Identify snags and likely defects before they arise
  • Give instruction and direction to facilities supervisors
  • Coordinate and liaise with technicians, artisans and support staff to ensure service delivery
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports

Qualification

  • Identify new and follow up business opportunities
  • Identify or create client/prospect for property sales, leases, valuation, management, facilities management and other related businesses
  • Manage and pitch proposal, development process from start to finish
  • Follow up with all request and transactions
