• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

• Young post-NYSC individual looking to gain experience as they begin their journey into the labor market
• Has less than two years job experience post-NYSC
• Has a Bachelor's degree (Second Class Lower or higher) from a known university
• Has strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Has a proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others. 
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Has the Ability to think creatively and problem-solve. 
• Can do big things and not afraid to get their hands dirty
