We are looking to hire an Associate Lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in corporate/commercial law to join our dynamic team in. Assist senior lawyers in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and advising clients on corporate transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions.
• Support corporate transactions and due diligence.
• Advise on compliance and regulatory issues.
• Assist in litigation strategy and preparation.

• LL.B degree and Nigerian Bar Association license.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian corporate law.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
