We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling products to healthcare professionals while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 1 year

• Product Promotion: Presenting information about pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through one-on-one interactions, group presentations, and educational events.
• Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers in their assigned territory to influence prescribing behavior and increase product adoption.
• Market Analysis: Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
• Product Education: Providing healthcare professionals with accurate and up-to-date information about the features, benefits, and appropriate uses of pharmaceutical products.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all sales and promotional activities.
• Reporting and Documentation: Documenting sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in sales reports and CRM systems.
• Training and Support: Providing training and support to healthcare professionals on product administration, dosage, and safety protocols.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Staying informed about developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new products, treatment guidelines, and regulatory changes, to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.

• Minimum academic qualification of a OND in any discipline
