Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing guidance on a range of HR issues including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR services to the business.
  • Conduct regular HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Support the talent acquisition process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR programs and processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Human Resource Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to HR challenges.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required.
