Summary

ABNM HR is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Elderly Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to our elderly clients in their daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being, as well as committed to enhancing the quality of life for our elderly clients.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Description

  • Assist elderly clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as necessary.
  • Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands.
  • Escort clients to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel or family members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care and progress.

Qualification

  • Previous experience in elderly care or a related field preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must provide 3 Guarantors and 3 Refrees.
  • Must participate and Pass the Training on Work ethics, Good Communication and Good Customer service skills. Training is for 4 - 6 weeks.
