Summary

Zagus Power Systems Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Specialist, Power Solutions to drive sales and revenue generation for our products which includes Industrial UPS systems and Automatic Voltage Stabilizers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively promoting our products through various channels.

Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base in the power solutions market.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell our range of advanced UPS systems and Industrial Automatic voltage Regulators to businesses and contractors through various channels such as cold calls, social media platforms, fairs, Personal selling, and email marketing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solution to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities. Use Social Media campaigns, networking, referrals, and other methods to generate potential sales leads.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, demonstrating the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide valuable input to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales. Ensure all sales agreements are in line with company policies and procedures.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Proven experience (At least 5 years) in sales of power solutions, UPS systems, or related technical products.
  • Strong sales acumen with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
