Teal harmony is an interior design and renovation firm with a principal focus of providing cutting edge design solutions for private, business and commercial projects. We have grown over the years, providing services in Interior design, Interior Architecture, Consultation, Project Management, Furniture Production and Retail experience.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

• Track all leads and support the sales process till conversion
• Ensure all departments comply with company policy and processes
• Listen to Clients feedback or complaints and interact effectively to increase patronage/Client satisfaction
• Feed future corporate policy trends back to management
• Perform regular project audits to identify and correct design discrepancies with the Project and design team in order to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Allocate incoming tasks to the necessary departments and track progress till completion

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in an Interior Design, Architectural Studio or in Construction
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence people
• Entrepreneurial and Commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
• Experience in using software to track projects and deliverables
• The ambition to develop a great career in Operations and to have the opportunity to take ownership of their own territory and make it a success.
