We are searching for a visionary and experienced Research Lead to guide and shape the future of our research agenda. You will play a critical role in identifying research needs, developing strategic research plans, and leading research teams to deliver impactful results that contribute to our clients innovation goals.

• Experience Length: 3 years

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify research needs and opportunities.
• Develop compelling research proposals that outline research questions, methodologies, and timelines.
• Lead and manage research teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.
• Secure funding and manage research budgets effectively.
• Oversee the research process, ensuring adherence to high ethical and quality standards.
• Analyze research findings and generate meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
• Effectively communicate complex research findings to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant research fields.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Social Science, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience) with a strong research background.
• Minimum of at least 3 years of experience leading and managing research projects.
• Proven track record of successful research project completion and impactful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
