We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the research process by conducting in-depth data analysis and generating insights that inform research outcomes.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using various statistical methods and tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and relationships within research data.
• Generate clear and concise reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings.
• Support the development and implementation of research methodologies.
• Assist Research Leads with literature reviews and data collection efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods and data analysis techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques (e.g., SPSS, R).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (a plus).
