Description

  • Handles customers' orders and ensures accurate information and timely processing.
  • Familiarize him/herself with various company products to assist customers or potential clients and answer queries effectively.
  • Assist customers in color picking and scheming.
  • Helps in logistic management.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to provide timely information support.
  • Manage customers’ accounts, update contact information, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

Qualification

  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Accounting, or any Business-related field.
  • Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel.
  • Social Media marketing skills are an added advantage.
  • Pay attention to details. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
