As the Creative Assistant, your role will be to support our creative team in ideation, design development, and execution of innovative ideas. • Experience Length: 3 years

• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, sketch concepts, and assist in the development of mood boards and design presentations. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural influences to infuse fresh perspectives into our design process. Conduct research on materials, techniques, and themes relevant to each collection. 
• Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the creative vision and quality standards of the brand. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure samples and negotiate pricing. 
• Support the production team in translating design concepts into actionable production plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and quality control of finished products. 
• Assist in fittings and provide feedback on fit, construction, and overall design aesthetics. 
• Handle administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining design archives and documentation. 
• Proactively identify challenges and propose creative solutions to streamline processes, optimize workflow, and enhance productivity within the creative department. 

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a creative role within the fashion industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourcefulness and adaptability in problem-solving. 
• Knowledge of garment construction, textile properties, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing artistic creativity and design capabilities is highly desirable. 
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design concepts.
