We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Database Administrator II to join our team in supporting the research, technology, and innovation division. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, managing, and securing the database infrastructure that supports our client's research and innovation initiatives.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Design, implement, and maintain database solutions for the project.
• Perform database performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Manage user access and security controls for the database.
• Implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor database health and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 - 7 years of experience in database administration
• Proven experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of database security principles and best practices
• Experience with database performance optimization techniques
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) (a plus)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skill
