We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Well Engineer to join our team in supporting the research, technology, and innovation division. In this role, you will play a critical role in analyzing well data, optimizing production performance, and contributing to the development of innovative well management strategies for our clients r

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

• Analyze well data (e.g., production logs, pressure data) to assess well performance and identify potential production optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement well production optimization strategies to maximize recovery and improve efficiency.
• Perform wellbore flow assurance analysis to identify and mitigate potential production challenges.
• Contribute to the design and planning of well-planned intervention operations.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, Petrophysicists, and other stakeholders to support research and innovation projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in well engineering technologies and production optimization techniques.

• Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field ( Master's degree is an added advantage)
• At least 3 years or proven experience in well engineering
• Strong understanding of wellbore production principles, reservoir fluid flow behavior, and well performance analysis.
• Experience with wellbore modeling and production optimization software (a plus)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
