Description

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the maritime industry, including shipowners, shipyards, marine engineers, and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team for the sale of engineering products or services by expressing in depth knowledge of the intricacies, functionalities, and applications of products during prospects or client engagements. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive activities.

Qualification

  • Monitor sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Provide necessary support to the engineering sales officer and other departments procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market demand, identifying opportunities for new products, services, or market segments.
