Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with Spowse goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between users and the company, and ensure a positive user service experience.
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others to track and enhance performance.
  • Research and monitor activity of Spowse's competitors.
  • Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize social media content and campaigns based on analytics.
  • Collaborate with other departments (brand designer, product marketer.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends.

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
  • 3 years of working experience
