As an Odoo/ERP Administrator with a focus on accounting, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Odoo ERP system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ERP system meets the needs of our accounting and finance departments

• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 5 years

• Odoo Implementation: Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP modules with a primary focus on accounting modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize Odoo modules to align with accounting processes and requirements. Configure settings, workflows, and reports to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Data Management: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Odoo ERP. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. Develop data cleansing and validation procedures as needed.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo ERP functionality, processes, and best practices. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to accounting modules.
• Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain documentation for Odoo ERP configurations, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting function and other departments. Proactively suggest enhancements to Odoo ERP configuration to better support accounting and other operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) working as an ERP Administrator, preferably with a focus on Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
