The Head Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, working with clients and project teams to ensure successful project completion. The candidate will have a strong portfolio of completed projects, excellent communication skills, and passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 8 years

• Plan and execute architectural projects while meeting design standards and client requirements.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, proactively addressing challenges.
• Consistently pursue high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions.
• Create and present design proposals based on client needs.
• Have meetings with clients to identify and comprehend project requirements, providing advisory services and generating innovative ideas.
• Produce detailed blueprints, making necessary corrections and modifications.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure project success, quality control, and compliance.
• Communicate project specifications clearly within the team.
• Effectively manage project budgets for resource allocation and cost control.
• Ensure work aligns with architectural standards and industry best practices..
• Develop and present design concepts, plans, and models that meet project requirements and are innovative and sustainable
• Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Oversee construction and building process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Work with project teams including engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology to ensure design solutions are innovative and effective
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
