Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. This position involves leading, developing and managing program team to achieve the aspirations of a healthcare foundation strategy through programme development, effective coordination, technical support, and resource mobilization and working organization’s partner to deliver the Foundation’s strategy.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

• Manage and implement key program components
• Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders
• Develop program strategies and goals
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established goals/objectives
• Monitor program impact; reporting program progress and outcomes for managers and stakeholders
• Create programs that are as effective and efficient as possible
• Ensure that all implemented activities are relevant to the mission and vision of the organization
• Engage the external community as to build and maintain essential relationships
• Be the public face of the Foundation
• Carry out fundraising with only the highest ethical standards
• Identify fundraising strategies that benefit and complement the mission and vision of the Foundation
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• An undergraduate degree in international relations or business-related field, such as finance, marketing, and management 
• A master’s degree in international relations is an added advantage 
• Not less than 3 years work experience in managerial role in a Non-governmental organization
• Exceptional skills in analysis, communication, conflict resolution, goal setting, negotiation, resource management, risk management, stakeholder management, leadership, computer savvy, digital marketing, proposal and grant writing
