We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our prestigious fashion house.As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall success of our retail operations.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding the right fabric and provide product information.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Proactively engage with customers to promote and sell products.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in promotional activities, sales events, and product launches.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate product information and price tags.
• Process transactions, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and gift card sales.

• B.sc/HND in Marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales representative, marketer, preferably in a fashion store, supermarket or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the store schedule.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
