The Plantation Manager responsibilities is overseeing the cultivation and management of plantation of cassava crops, planning, organizing, and managing all activities related to cassava cultivation within the company’s plantation. This includes overseeing planting, maintenance, harvesting, and ensuring optimal yields while adhering to quality and safety standards.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 5 years

• Develop annual crop plans and schedules for cassava cultivation, taking into account factors such as land availability, soil conditions, and climate.
• Implement best practices for planting, fertilization, irrigation, and pest and disease control to maximize yield and quality.

• Supervise planting activities, ensuring proper spacing, depth, and planting techniques are followed.
• Monitor crop health and growth throughout the growing season, implementing appropriate measures to address any issues that may arise.
