One of Capimore's clients is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Facility Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience managing residential estates and possess strong technical skills to supervise workers such as plumbers and oversee general maintenance of the facility.

Description

  • Assist in the overall management and maintenance of the residential estate.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including plumbers and technicians.
  • Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to residents' inquiries and concerns regarding facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing residential estates.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to supervise maintenance staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software is a plus.
