• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

• Conduct thorough research on various topics to develop engaging and informative podcast content.
• Edit video content, incorporating creative storytelling techniques to enhance viewer engagement.
• Analyze data and metrics to guide content strategy and topic selection.
• Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm ideas and bring stories to life.
• Ensure that all content meets the company’s quality standards and aligns with our brand voice.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continually improve our content and processes.

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling skills.
• A degree in Video Editing, Research, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional research skills and a keen interest in exploring a wide range of topics.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
