The role of the technical staff is one that involves a great deal of knowledge and skill. They are responsible for maintaining arcade games, amusement machines etc. They keep the games internal compartment clean and well maintained and resolves any issue that may arise during gameplay.

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 1 year

• Operating and troubleshooting games, pinball machines, or other coin-operated machines
• Performing regular maintenance on machines to ensure they continue to function optimally
• Installing new games or machines in various store outlets
• Repairing and replacing damaged equipments such as monitors, joysticks, circuit boards, etc.
• Maintaining inventory of game parts and accessories such as tokens, gamepads, balls etc.
• Creating detailed records for all maintenance activities carried out on machines
• Debugging glitches and issues on gaming softwares and hardware

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in Electronics or related field 
• Advanced knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring 
• Ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Attention to details
