Beamer is on a mission to revolutionize Out-of-Home advertising across Africa. We're searching for a talented Visual Designer to join our growing team and craft eye-catching visuals that will captivate audiences. Reporting to the Chief Reporting Officer (CRO), the Visual Design Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual assets, including still and motion graphics, to support our marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across various channels and platforms. As the Visual Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the visual design team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets that align with the company's brand identity and objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual experiences across various digital and offline channels.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Senior level
• Experience Length: 4 years

• Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to develop visual design strategies and concepts that align with brand guidelines, objectives, and target audience preferences.

• Create high-quality, innovative graphic designs for a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, print materials, presentations, and more.
