As a Business Development Officer at Easthopemart, you will play a crucial role in expanding our offline presence, promoting our products, and driving customer engagement.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about Easthopemart's products and services.
• Follow up with customers on their product orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Input customer details to the CRM system daily.
• Actively promote Easthopemart's products to potential customers.
• Encourage customer patronage and loyalty.
• Provide assistance to customers in locating products.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Provide insights into customer preferences.
• Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights with the marketing team.

• Previous experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and marketing skills.
• Familiar with CRM system
• Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
