Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market analysis. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Represent Webcilo Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our professional network.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the media, advertising, or communication industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, advertising, and communication principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
