Description

  • You will gather information about products and arrange for pictures to be sent to clients.
  • Meet with clients and assess their needs.
  • Show clients new products
  • Market and advertise our products
  • Reach sales targets for the company
  • Deal with phone and email queries
  • Liaise with all interested parties
  • Arrange for clients to sign membership contracts once the sale is made.
  • Maintain contact with clients after they have settled in to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Build a client base in your particular area.
  • Keep your administrative records updated.

Qualification

  • Firstly, you will need to attract potential buyers by advertising and marketing your properties online.
  • You might place adverts in online blogs, uni newspapers, and online magazines.
  • Once you begin to attract interested parties, you will then need to arrange and carry out a client viewing - which is where you show your potential customers your products.
  • After some negotiation you will then achieve a sale.
  • Once a sale has been agreed you will then deal with your manager and arrange for the signing of the contracts and you need to keep your customers informed as to what is happening.
  • After the sale has been completed your sale commission will be paid to you
  • Future duties could also include:
  • Adhoc admin for your team leader
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and patterns in the market
  • Keeping on top of, and hopefully exceeding your sales targets
  • Cold calling and canvassing to drum up more business
  • Managing a database of customers, and possibly using property software
  • Attending regular meetings to set sales targets.
