Support the eCommerce team in day-to-day engagement of eDB operations to ensure smooth and timely stock supply to all Ecommerce partners; Jumia, Konga, Mano, Glovo, MAKA). This includes ensuring effective tracking, timely processing and reconciliation partner LPOs
Ensure timely deployment of promotion and campaigns materials on partner platforms in accordance with execution plan
Manage deployment and update of contents (images, descriptions, videos) on brand’s eShops
Perform routine checks on partner platforms, twice a week for product visibility, promotion, content and overall eShop hygiene.
Report to be document in the store check tracker for review with actions to be taken.
Collect/aggregation data (sales and marketing data) from eCommerce partners and harmonize for analysis and reporting purposes
Maintain the various excel tracking tools and update as frequently as required
Any other task that may be assigned to support effective execution of the eCommerce operation.
