We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and drive growth for our company. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives 
• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction 
• Monitor and identify opportunities and stay updated on market conditions to identify emerging opportunities 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking 
• Track and report key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives. 
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor sales performance against targets 
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services. 
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales, business activities, and results to senior management.

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field  
• Minimum  of 3 years in FMCG Sector 
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the soap or FMCG industry 
• Strong understanding of the FMCG market, industry trends, and customer dynamics 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills 
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth 
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
