Description

  • Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.) 
  • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting external and internal data and writing reports 
  • Organizing and coordinating operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity 
  • Supervising the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with Kitchen staff, Floor staff, and delivery staff to ensure availability of merchandise
  • Maintaining an accurate record of financial records
  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
  • Updating and maintaining the general ledger 
  • Reconciling of sales made by online and walk-in customers
  • Ensuring smooth flow of operations with constraints or delays 
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Developing a content strategy that aligns with the restaurant's branding, target audience and marketing strategy.
  • Regularly post high-quality images, videos and captions that showcase the restaurant dishes, ambiance and events
  • Developing food guides and food related contents that resonate with the target audience
  • Managing stock control and reorder levels
  • Managing stock levels and make key decisions about stock control 
  • Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met 
  • Gathering, analyzing and interpreting external and internal data and write reports
  • Any other related duties assigned.

Qualification

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational ,communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations 
  • Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude 
  • Ability to  multitask  and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work.
