We are looking to hire a determined and enthusiastic individual to provide property investment advice to clients; perform a careful analysis of market conditions and trends; and identify the most feasible approach to achieve business goals and sales targets.

• Experience Level:Entry level
• Experience Length:2 years

• Create and close product sale transactions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects (individual/corporate) and evaluating their position in the industry
• Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
• Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns
• Analyze market trends and demographics to identify opportunities
• Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale and document determining factors
• Developing strategies to increase the value of properties
• Conduct negotiations with clients on behalf of the company
• Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents
• Establish and maintain positive client/partner relationships
• Recommend business and real estate solutions

• Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in any related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
