Description

  • Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to identify sales and leasing opportunities
  • Conduct property tours, provide accurate information, and answer client inquiries effectively
  • Analyze market trends, property values, and rental rates to advise clients on pricing and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and sales transactions to secure the best terms for clients
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of properties, clients, and leads for effective follow-up and relationship management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and promotional materials to attract prospective buyers and tenants
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and competitors to provide exceptional service and insights to clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and leasing process, building long-term relationship with clients

Qualification

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales and leasing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria, including property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Must Know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
