We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager to oversee the operations of our Club Havana and Lounge in Ikeja. The Manager will be responsible for managing staff, organizing events, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patrons, and maximizing profits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the nightclub industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful nightclub operations.

• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:5 years

• Planning and owning the growth strategy for the club and lounge
• Liaising and networking with high net-worth individuals;
• Working closely with promoters as part of a team to plan club nights and events
• Assigning duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees including bar staff, waitresses, cleaners, DJs, hypemen, security etc.;
• Ensuring adequate stock levels of food and drinks at all times;
• Sending daily sales reports to the Chairman
• Leading weekly staff meetings and collaborating with staff to plan menus, serving arrangements and related details;
• Setting SOP for high service delivery, evaluating worker performance against SOPs and enforcing disciplinary actions as required;
• Performing personnel actions, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets.

• AMinimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Hospitality Management)
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Lounge Management or a similar industry
• Experience working in Ikeja would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Excellent people and analytical skill
