Management of inventory of ICT equipment, timely replacement, and maintenance. Management of data, servers, device configuration backup, and restore. Maintaining operational documentation.

• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining ICT hardware and software assets.
• Providing, supporting, and responding to technical service requests and issues across the company (this may be in person or remotely).
• User profile configurations for operating systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Configuration and management of ERPNext Application.
• Customization of ERP (ERPNext) as required by staff.
• Implement security measures and monitor security certificates and company compliance requirements.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Install and update company software and hardware while also ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as the security of the server and installing virus protections and firewalls.
• Cloud management includes organizing data, storing them securely, and creating backups.
• Implementing both internal and external information security.
• Create and manage the organization’s disaster recovery plan (transferring data to other locations and restoring IT functioning immediately after a disaster).
• Installing, configuring, training, troubleshooting, and managing all organizational enterprise resource planning and workflow applications.
• Facilitating the documentation and implementation of third-party/client organizations’ ISO 27001: 2013 information system.
• Reporting timely on all assigned tasks, incidents, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Management of Hosting and domain of the company
• Staff Emails Setup and Management
• Any other duties assigned by management.

• Minimum academic qualification of HND in Computer science or any related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
• Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of ERP applications, configuration and deployment
• Knowledge of a programing language. (preferably Python programming or Javascript)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Ability to develop requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and counsel to clientele in the assessment and development of existing and/or proposed systems.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
