We are looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager to meet sales goals by hiring and training competent staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and motivating staff during busy hours. Restaurant managers are also responsible for making needed changes to the menu, ordering ingredients for the kitchen staff, and gathering feedback from customers.

Description

  • Hire and train staff members.
  • Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
  • Order ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards

Qualification

  • High school diploma or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality management
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work  experience in a food-serving establishment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
