POKUD Enterprises is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sales Representative. Salary is subject to upward review based on performance. December bonus is paid regularly.

• Minimum Qualification:High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level:Entry level
• Experience Length:2 years

•  Assisting customers/helping customers
• Processing sales transactions and customer refunds
• Following the company’s sales process
• Completing day-to-day tasks issued by the supervisor or manager
• Visual Merchandising
• Stock control and accepting new shipments
• Keeping the store clean
• Following safety procedures
• Contributing to the smooth running of the store

• Minimum academic qualification of a SSCE/WAEC/NECO including English and Maths or (OND/ HND)
• The relevant experience of a Store Assistant might include working in roles titled as Sales Assistant or Customer Services Officer, where they have developed exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
• Basic administration skills
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for customer service
• Experience in retail
