A Real Estate company in Lagos requires the services of an IT Support/ CCTV Operating personnel.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:1 year

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices E.g Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to hardware problems, service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
• Responsible for carrying out operating tasks related to CCTV systems, such as monitoring footage and recording footage.
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of security systems.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a CCTV system. This  include installing and maintaining cameras, recording footage, and reviewing footage for potential violations.
• Provide support to the security department by investigating incidents and helping to resolve them.
• Giving of daily report of CCTV footage.

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related fields.
