Description

  • Processing client requests and customer support at all stages of card ordering
  • Providing customer service from the moment of initial contact and post-sale support 
  • Communicating with customers in chats, emails and phone calls.

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in any discipline
  • Minimum working experience of 3 years 
  • Proficiency in English - high written level and speed
  • Good communication skills
  • Kindness and service, love for people
  • Client service experience (chats, emails, phone calls)
