Summary

We are looking for an ambitious hospitality manager who will help us organize the daily operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising our staff members and lead them by example to ensure the highest quality services.

Description

  • Carrying out regular inspections of hotel properties and amenities and organizing necessary maintenance 
  • Hire qualified personnel when needed
  • Implementing and reviewing standards operation procedures to continuously improve of business 
  • Proactively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service delivery 
  • Monitoring employee performance and offering regular evaluation meetings designed to improve service
  • Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.
  • Manage budgets and approve expenditures
  • Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
  • Establish standards for customer service
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations 
  • Deal with contractors and suppliers.

Qualification

  • Experienced in Hospitality 
  • 2 - 4 years of working experience
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a management related field
  • Qualified personnel with experience with developing and management of large facilities like a mall, large scale residential or commercial complexes etc.
  • Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management, and hotel operations 
  • Understanding of all Hotels management 
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office 
  • Excellent customers service skills 
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Good Leadership skills.
