Description

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR person will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to the company. This includes creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating employment offers. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they receive all the necessary training and resources to be successful in their roles.
  • Employee Relations: The HR person will serve as a liaison between management and employees, handling any concerns or issues that may arise. Will be responsible for promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Benefits and Compensation: The HR person will manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans. Also, responsible for ensuring that employees are paid fairly and in compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Performance Management: The HR person will work with management to develop and implement performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: The HR person will ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws. Also, responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, given the nature of the company's business.
  • Training and Development: The HR person will identify training and development needs within the company and develop programs to address those needs. This may include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and tracking employee progress. Also, responsible for ensuring that employees are up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the industry.
  • HR Administration: The HR person will maintain employee records, manage HR-related budgets, and prepare reports for management on HR-related metrics. Will also be responsible for managing employee contracts and ensuring that they are up-to-date.

Qualification

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to analyze problems, solve problems, and make decisions
