Managing incoming and outgoing emails and calls in accordance with standards
Being accountable for resolving issues or complaints from customers.
Communicate with the appropriate unit about the progress made in resolving customer complaints.
Detailing, following, and guaranteeing the last goal of clients' issues utilizing the CRM framework and devices.
Attending customer inquiries and complaints, following up, and resolving them.
Find new and existing customers and show them your products and services.
To reach the set goal, promoted products and services to point of sale.
Contribute effectively to all company sales and product promotions.
Respond to requests, questions, suggestions, and concerns to provide superior customer service.
As a result of extensive interaction and communication, consistently establish and maintain an excellent network of business relationships.
