• Experience Level:Senior level
• Experience Length:5 years

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, Java, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of server-side technologies, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Proficient in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
