The Human Resource Manager is to Provide human resource support services in line with the company’s policies by reviewing and implementing HR systems, policies & procedures in functional areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration in the company. All tasks, authorities, and responsibilities are subject to approval by the Managing Director.

Description

  • Driving and supporting recruitment and selection activities ensuring compliance with the recruitment process and policies and best practices.
  • Maintaining the E-HR system including the input of changes in position, salary, and training.
  • Carrying out the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance appraisals and improvement plans.
  • Providing technical support, advice, and capacity building of managers on people management skills to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Providing competitive market research and preparing studies to help establish rewards practices that help to recruit and retain employees.
  • Ensuring that all company HR and welfare policies, systems, programs, and actions comply with local social and labor legislation as well as comply with the company’s code of conduct. 
  • Maintaining industrial peace and harmony in the company by ensuring unhindered, regular, open, formal, and informal communication between employees and management respectively. 
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Managing Director for review.

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc/HND degree in any discipline or above degree in Human Resource Management, 
  • Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Industry experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Working experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Preferably experience in an international work environment
  • Language skills: Fluent in English additional language a plus
