We are looking to hire a Store Manager who is accountable for managing all day-to-day operations of the store, maintaining inventories, ordering merchandise, replenishing stocks, eliminating defective products, updating records, and providing customer service. Ultimately, a motivated professional Store Manager put strengths in supervising employees and promoting optimal customer service.

• Experience Length:2 years

• Professionally responding to consumer complaints and concerns. 
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Creating and organizing in-store displays and advertising materials.
• Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Achieve store sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
• Build relationships and seeks out feedback for continuous self-development.
• Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.
• Achieve annual sales goals within operating budgets.

• Minimum academic qualification of OND in Managerial and Customer related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
• Ability to multi-task
• Good financial knowledge
