We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position.

• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Mid level
• Experience Length:3 years

• Act as a leader in operations, sales, and business development to ensure that products and new product samples meet customer needs and increase customer satisfaction
• Generate new product ideas and expand external sales
• Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders 
• Conduct marketing research as well as analyze and predict demand and market price trends. 
• Plan, monitored, and control overall performance to achieve the department’s goals required by regulatory & company policies. 
• Encourage subordinates in the department to follow the quality system: GMP, safety regulations, and other operational standards.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget of the department effectively
• Ensure that subordinates have knowledge and understanding of the capabilities that are crucial to the organization’s success.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Ability to analyze problems and pay attention to details.
• Great analytical skills and problem-solving.
• Leadership skills
