Act as a leader in operations, sales, and business development to ensure that products and new product samples meet customer needs and increase customer satisfaction
Generate new product ideas and expand external sales
Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Conduct marketing research as well as analyze and predict demand and market price trends.
Plan, monitored, and control overall performance to achieve the department’s goals required by regulatory & company policies.
Encourage subordinates in the department to follow the quality system: GMP, safety regulations, and other operational standards.
Prepare and manage the annual budget of the department effectively
Ensure that subordinates have knowledge and understanding of the capabilities that are crucial to the organization’s success.
