• Minimum Qualification:Degree
• Experience Level:Senior level
• Experience Length:6 years

• Formulate and define editorial strategies in the Sports field that are culturally relevant and socially aware
• Research targeted audience’s preferences and suggesting stories and generate headline ideas
• Make final decisions about which stories, articles, and photographs to publish. Approving the publication's layout, design, style, and tone
• Lead and publish viral spreading, data-driven engaging content for all required web platforms
• Be responsible for the publication frequency, quality, and data performance of the content.
• Ensuring all copies have proper voice, context, balance, and clarity and are in line with the editorial strategy
• Ensuring all information in articles and stories has been properly fact-checked
• Hiring and developing writers and editors
• Provide suggestions for edits when needed.

• Minimum academic qualification of BS degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Proven working experience as an Editor-in-Chief (at least 6 years experience)
• Solid experience in leading editorial teams (at least 3 years experience)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated success in producing sports-relevant content
• Proven working experience in the digital publishing area. 
• Possesses exceptional writing and research skills.
• Deep understanding of the sports field and betting audience.
