Description

  • Develop a network of solid sales leads and build long-term, value-based customer relationships for leisure travelers and groups seeking lodging, conference, and event spaces. 
  • Identify target markets and develop proposals that increase sales for those market segments. 
  • Track and report on cross-selling procedures for Nordic Hotel & Villa Abuja. 
  • Evaluate and drive Nordic Hotel & Villa Abuja’s participation in various sales channels, including electronic lead channels.  
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business books (e.g. reviewing and writing 
  • Proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence
  • Develop and implement a strategic direction of sales programs based on assessments of new business and community opportunities that meet revenue objectives.
  • Build annual sales strategy and work plans that support Nordic Hotel & Villa Abuja’s organizational goals, mission, and revenue objectives. 
  • Seek opportunities that increase sales for the Hotel and deliver new growth opportunities for longtime group customers and partner tenants.

Qualification

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational sales.
  • Ability to generate leads.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must possess outstanding leadership qualities.
